Grand Pyramids Hotel - Giza

The hotel has a beautiful pool area.

We arrived late and received no welcome, just confusion about our payment, despite having booked months in advance. The room was disgusting, with nails sticking out and poor air conditioning. After moving rooms, we were faced with broken facilities, and the staff was unhelpful, ignoring our complaints. Dining was a fiasco, with long wait times and incorrect orders, and on top of everything, we felt threatened during checkout over a bill we had already settled.

Friendly staff, convenient location, with a delicious breakfast with plenty of options to enjoy, which makes it perfect for a restful getaway just 35 km from the airport.

the location of the hotel was ideal, comfortable to venture on the streets to look for a cafeteria.

Actually everything was fantastic, my next choice again in Cairo. Liked how pleasant and wonderful the property was. All the staff members were excellent co-operating. The position was exceptionally nice, restaurants and a coffee shop are close to the hotel. There was a good choice of places nearby that offered food: coffee shops and restaurants.

The staff were extremely bad, didn't expect that coming.

We loved that the kids had plenty of space to splash around, and the view of the Pyramid from the rooftop was a good bonus.

My kids wished for a better food selection for families. Offering a kids' menu would greatly improve the dining experience.

The room we got was a nice size with a view, everything was fine. But the views were bad. The location was secure and ideal, close to sightseeing areas of interest, convenient to go everywhere.

Very nice hotel and very competent staff, who help you everytime.

Good location near Pyramids, but room cleanliness was lacking.

My room was very comfortable and the staff were both friendly and helpful.

The swimming pool was nice and the hotel is very close to the Pyramids of Giza

The room was a bit noisy due to the proximity of a motorway

I had a pretty good time at this hotel! The room was spacious, and the pool area was really nice. The breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh sweets.

Near pyramids,30-40min to city centre.Some rooms have pyramid view (over buildings).Rooms nice, ground floor has tiles but carpets on upper floors make for more comfort.Bathroom clean.Decent pool and seating area,never too busy.Music played 12pm-11.30pm (except prayer times) & can be heard in rooms.We booked a superior room (gives a little more space inc. a seating area and small coffee table) but were not allocated one, Duty manager resolved this quickly.Staff friendly although sometimes a challenge explaining what we wanted due to lack of English comprehension so sometimes requests did not happen (e.g. no salt was brought to the room by room service). Would stay again but aware of having to handle faults.

regarding the restaurant , they should cover the food because there is so many flyers there.

The staff were cute and helpful. The area surrounding the hotel isn't very tourist-friendly was great.
